JUDGMENT Manoj Kumar Gupta, J. Heard counsel for the petitioners and the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. 2. The petitioners are the committee of management and the manager of a Sanskrit Institution in the name of Shiv Shanker Sanskrit Uchchattar Madhyamik Vidyalaya. They have approached this Court with the grievance that despite the report of the fourth respondent that the petitioner institution had removed the alleged deficiency pointed out for the purposes of taking the institution on the grant-in-aid list of the State Government, no final decision is being taken in the matter. 3. Learned standing counsel on the basis of instructions received by her has pointed out that the Regional Level Committee has given an adverse recommendation against the institution. 4. In rebuttal, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the only deficiency pointed out was in regard to the amount of security bond and the same had been made good by the petitioners. It is submitted that the same is evident from the communication dated 19 February 2015 by the fourth respondent to the Joint Director of Education (the third respondent). It is urged that in such circumstances, in case any adverse decision has been taken, the same is wholly illegal. 5. After considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the opinion that interest of justice would be served in permitting the petitioners to represent before the first respondent with a certified copy of this order. In that event, the first respondent shall examine the grievance of the petitioners and shall take decision in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of next two months. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
