JUDGMENT Suneet Kumar, J. Heard the learned counsel for the parties. 2. The plaintiff-applicant has approached this Court assailing the order dated 19 September 2015 passed by the Appellate Court/Additional District Judge/Special Judge (Prevention of Corruption Act), Special Court No. 4, District Varanasi in Civil Misc. Appeal No. 92 of 2015 (Om Prakash vs. Prema Devi), whereby, interim injunction granted by the trial court has been rejected. 3. Submission of the learned counsel for the applicant is that he is owner of 2/3 share of the suit property, whereas, the respondent-defendant is the owner of 1/3 share, they are in possession of their respective share of the suit property, as such, at this stage, status quo should be maintained. 4. Be that as it may, without entering into the merit of the case, it is provided that status quo with respect to the possession, inter se, parties as on date shall be maintained during pendency of the suit. With the aforesaid direction, the petition is finally disposed of.
