Judgment 1. The petitioner has filed this Contempt Petition on the ground that in spite of the direction of this Court dated 17.10.2014, the respondents 3 and 4 have not considered his representation so far. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.15179/2014/C7, dated 20.12.2014, passed by the District Collector, Pudukkottai and submitted that the order of this Court dated 17.10.2014 has been duly complied with and final order has been passed. 3. Today, the original copy of the proceedings signed by the authority concerned has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Since the order of this Court has been duly complied with, the Contempt Petition is closed. If the petitioner is aggrieved, he is at liberty to challenge that proceedings in accordance with law.
