When the matter is taken-up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the relief sought for by the petitioner was rejected by the respondent through his order dated 04.01.2015. 2. In view of the above, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 04.01.2015, he has to challenge the said order in the manner known to law, if he is so advised. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
