JUDGMENT SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J. According to the petitioner, the petitioner had deposited a sum of Rs. 4,72,547/- (Rupees Four lakhs seventy two thousand five hundred and forty seven only) before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Madurai. Thereafter, after filing this petition, the petitioner pursuant to the order dated 04-07-2014 had deposited a further sum of Rs. 4,00,000/- (Rupees Four lakhs only). In addition, the fourth respondent had also deposited a sum of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupess Two lakhs only). In that view of the matter, we deem it fit and proper to remit the matter back to the Debt Recovery Tribunal to consider the application of the petitioner afresh and pass appropriate orders at the earliest. In the mean time, we make it clear that status quo shall be maintained in respect of the property, in question. It is further directed that the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal will take up the application at the earliest, within a period of one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The civil revision petition is ordered accordingly.
