JUDGMENT : The Court : The defendant is directed to keep a separate account and file the account in a sealed envelope with the Registrar, High Court, Original Side on or before the returnable date. The matter is adjourned till 8th June, 2015. It would be open for the defendant to file an affidavit in the meantime.
