Judgment :- 1. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 02.12.2014 and take appropriate action against the second respondent for the illegality committed in the tender conducted on 03.11.2014 in respect of tender notification No.4/2014-15/D1 dated 23.09.2014. 2. Mr.R.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. In view of the limited scope of the prayer, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issued involved, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 02.12.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
