JUDGMENT 1. On an earlier occasion, an application had been filed by the Petitioners, inter alia, seeking more or less the same relief that is sought for in I.A. No. 11 of 2015. When the said application had come up before us, we made certain observations. The learned senior Counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw the said application. Having made certain observations and comments on the application filed earlier, in our opinion, it may not be proper for us to take up this application for consideration. Therefore, we request the learned Chief Justice of India to assign this I.A. to an appropriate Bench. 2. Call the application 14.01.2015.
