Judgment 1. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these Writ Petitions and to that effect he has also sent a letter dated 22.01.2015 to the Registry to post these writ petitions for withdrawal. 2. Accordingly, these Writ petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
