Judgment Satish K. Agnihotri, J. 1. The only relief sought for in this petition is a direction to the respondents, particularly the first respondent, to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 11.02.2014 and 26.11.2014. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent would submit that the said representations are still pending consideration before the Committee. 3. Without going into the merits of the case in respect of the entitlement of the members of the petitioner Union or otherwise of the merit, we deem it just and proper to direct the first respondent Committee to examine their representations and, after affording an opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, take a decision on its own merit and in accordance with law. The petitioner Union may also be given hearing while considering their representations. Such an exercise shall be completed within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. This writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
