Judgment :- 1. Mr. A.Jeyaram learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr. R.Anandha Raj, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 2 to 5 and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the first respondent and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 2 to 5. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondent herein to issue directions to the first respondent herein to operate their bus TN-57-N-2163 as per timings fixed by the Transport Authorities without any deviation of timings on the route of petitioner's bus TN-67-AM-0788 plying on the route Periyakulam to Madurai (via) Batlangundu, Nilakkottai, Pallapatti, Vadipatti and Samayanallur. 4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the first respondent's bus is not adhering to the timings fixed by the Transport authorities and on the other hand by deviating such timings, the above referred bus belonging to the first respondent is being plied. Making such allegations, the petitioner has already approached the respondents by way of his representation dated 29.12.2014. It is stated that the said representation is still pending and has not yet been considered so far. 5. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits and the contentions raised by the petitioner, I only direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.12.2014 and pass orders on the same and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after affording personal hearing of the petitioner. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
