Judgment :- 1. Mr. M.Raja Rajan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to grant permission to break the stones available in the petitioner's School premises for the purpose of constructing class room and to an extend the play ground in the petitioner's School by considering the representation dated 29.12.2014. 4. It is stated that the petitioner's School wants to put up an additional class room and also to extend the playground within its premises and for which they have to break the stones located in the said premises and for the purpose of breaking of such stones, they sought permission from the respondents through their representation dated 29.12.2014. It is stated that the said representation is still pending. 5. Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, without expressing any view on the merits and the contentions raised by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner's dated 29.12.2014 and pass orders on the same and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to enclose a copy of the representation already made along with this order in this writ petition and send the same to the respondents within a period of one week. No costs.
