ORDER This is a petition for transfer of Writ Petition bearing Diary No.112565 of 2015, titled Idea Cellular Ltd. and Another vs. Union of India and Another, pending before the High Court of Delhi. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the transfer petition stands transferred to this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner is at liberty to file all the pleadings before this Court, which will be treated for the purpose of the transferred case. The transfer petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
