JUDGMENT This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner challenging the docket order of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada in C.A.No.5831 of 2015 in S.C.No.100 of 2002 dated 20.6.2015. By filing the copy application, the petitioner herein sought for certified copies of F.I.R., Charge sheet and docket order dated 12.06.2015. By the impugned order, the learned Principal Senior Civil Judge returned the same with the following observation: “As there is no appealable order or revisionable order passed on 12.6.2015, the same cannot be put up. Hence, returned.” It is the case of the petitioner that the said order is signed by the Bench Clerk and no opportunity is given to the petitioner to place his grievance before the judicial officer. This Court is of the view that whenever a copy application is filed and the same is returned for whatsoever reason, it is always left open to the petitioner to seek for placing the matter before the judicial officer of the Court concerned and he can persuade the judge with relevant provision under which he is entitled for such relief. Hence, the revision is disposed of directing the petitioner to file a memo informing the return of the copy application by the office concerned to the judge of the Court and on such memo being filed, the Court below is directed to hear the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. Consequent thereto, the Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
