Mr. Ashwani Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present lis is covered by the judgments rendered by this Court in CWP No. 2735 of 2010, titled Rakesh Kumar Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh and others, decided on July 28, 2010 and connected matters. 2. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner strictly as per the principles laid down in the judgments, cited hereinabove, within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this judgment by the petitioner. The pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. No costs.
