Judgment :- 1. The petitioner seeks for regularization in this writ petition. 2. The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after filing the writ petition, the first respondent passed a G.O.No.(3D)4, dated 21.01.2015, School Education Department, regularizing the service of the petitioner. Hence, the prayer in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous petition is also dismissed. No costs.
