Judgment : P. S. Rana, J. Cr. MP No. 442 of 2015 Application filed under Section 147 Cr. PC for giving permission to compound the case filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. Heard. Court perused the contents of the application. Court is satisfied that lawful compromise has been executed inter se parties. Hence permission to compound the present case is granted in the ends of justice. Application for compounding the case is allowed. Application disposed of. Cr. Revision Petition No.28/2015 In view of the compromise executed inter se parties judgment and sentence passed by learned trial Court and affirmed by learned First Appellate Court are modified to the extent that revisionist will pay compensation amount to the tune of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupee one lac.). Sentence of imprisonment for six months imposed by learned trial Court and affirmed by learned First Appellate Court set-aside. Judgment and sentence passed by learned trial Court and affirmed by learned First Appellate Court are modified to this extent only. Cr. Revision Petition No.28 of 2015 is disposed of. Pending application(s) if any also stands disposed of.
