The petitioner is before this Court seeking for issue of mandamus to direct the respondent to issue endorsement-Sweekruthi Pathra for the year 2013-14. 2. The petitioner claims to be a society registered under the Act. As per the requirement of the Act, the returns of the year 2013-14 is stated to have been filed by the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent who is the competent authority has not accepted the returns filed by the petitioner and therefore appropriate direction be issued. 3. Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, I find that all that the petitioner has been relying is the correspondence addressed to the respondent whereby, the documents is stated to have been filed for acceptance. In such event, at this juncture, a positive direction to the respondent to issue a Sweekruti Pathra would not arise. To enable such action by the respondent, the petitioner shall file one more set of the papers which is stated to have been filed by the petitioner. Thereafter, the respondent shall look into the same and intimate the result of the consideration within six weeks from the date on which the petitioner files the papers with the respondent. Petition disposed of accordingly.
