Judgment 1. The Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first and the second respondents to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 26.06.2014 in respect of S.No.601/1C Kalladai Village, Kulittalai Taluk, Karur District, in terms of proceedings of the first respondent made in Na.Ka.A1/2909/2014 dated 06.08.2014. 2. Mr.N.S.Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner is disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5. In view of the limited scope of the prayer and in view of the communication of the Revenue Divisional Officer, dated 06.08.2014, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue involved, the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 06.08.2014 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties, if any, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
