Judgment :- 1. Mr.K.P.Krishnadoss, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 3. In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 14.12.2014. 4. It is seen that the petitioner through the said representation, is seeking for implementation of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.10360 of 2007 dated 11.02.2013. 5. Needless to say that if the order passed by this Court has become final and is binding between the parties, the respondent cannot its delay the implementation. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.11.2014 and pass orders orders on the same in the light of the order already passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.10360 of 2007 dated 11.02.2013, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
