Judgment 1. Mr. R. Karthikeyan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr. N.S. Karthikeyan, learned counsel takes notice for the third respondent. 2. By consent of both sides, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal. 3. This petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to initiate Civil and Criminal action against the concerned person based on the report of the Enquiry Officer, dated 13.01.2014 under section 82 of the Co-operative Societies Act. 4. Today, when the matter is taken up for hering, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, by producing a copy of the proceedings dated 18.02.2014, submitted that Mr. N. Sekar, the Secretary of the society has been placed under suspension and the matter is pending investigation. 5. In view of the above, suffice to state that the authority will take further recourse as contemplated under law and as per the procedure and also as per the report of the Enquiry Officer. 6. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
