JUDGMENT Hon’ble Sudhanshu Dhulia, J. (Oral) 1. Heard Mr. Lalit Sharma, Advocate present for the applicant and Ms. Mamta Joshi, Brief Holder present for the State of Uttarakhand. 2. The applicant is in jail having been implicated in FIR No.649 of 2012, which has been registered under Sections 147/148/ 149/302/307/120B/34 of IPC, at Police Station Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 3. According to the applicant, First regular bail application No.619 of 2014 was rejected by this Court vide order dated 08.08.2014. Second short term bail application No.9 of 2014 was rejected vide order dated 20.11.2014 by this Court. 4. This short term bail has been moved by the applicant on the ground of his medical treatment. The medical treatment is not being denied by the Jail Authority and authority agrees to send the applicant where medical and other facilities will be provided to the applicant. 5. The only grievance of the applicant is that the expenses which are being taken from the applicant should not be taken from him. This cannot be done in the short term bail application. 6. Since, the short term bail is for providing medical facility which in any case is provided to the applicant by the Jail authorities. There is no occasion for entertaining this short term bail application. 7. Accordingly, the short term bail application is hereby rejected. 7. It is made clear that any observations made by this Court are only for the purposes of bail. It shall not be taken into consideration at all in any other proceedings.
