Judgment 1. When the matter was called on 19.01.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and the matter was directed to be listed on 02.02.2015. 2. Even today, when the matter is called, there is no representation for the petitioner and hence, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
