JUDGMENT B. RAJENDRAN, J. 1. The only grievance of the petitioners in both the Writ Petitions is that they shall be given an opportunity of hearing if the Electricity Board considers grant of electricity connection to the third party through the petitioner's land. 2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that if any application is received for grant of service connection through the petitioners land, the petitioners will be put on notice and their objections will be heard and appropriate orders will be passed thereon. 3. Recording the said submission, these Writ Petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
