ORDER : I.A.No. 12 of 2015 Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant as well as the learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the Union of India. 2. The request in I.A.No. 12 of 2015 is for extension of time of bail on the ground of ill health of the applicant – Chief Master Sargeant Massimiliano Latorre, which has been supported by a medical certificate. 3. The learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the Union of India has no objection if the time for bail is extended till 15.07.2015. An affidavit of undertaking, as ordered on 12.09.2014, signed by Mr. Enzo Angeloni, the Ambassador of Italy in India, has already been filed in the Court today. The said undertaking dated 09.04.2015 (in original) is taken on record. 4. In view of this, extension of time for bail is granted till 15.07.2015. 5. I.A.No. 12 stands disposed of. W.P. (C) 236 of 2014 6. Taken on board. 7. Looking at the peculiar facts of the case and in view of the Office Report dated 27.03.2014 and order dated 28.03.2014, we direct the Registry to notify this petition in the last week of April, 2015 before an appropriate Bench. 8.
