Judgment 1. This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register a case based on complaint given by the petitioner on 19.01.2015. 2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered in Crime No.37 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 427, 506(i) IPC. 3.
