Judgment 1. This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents to register the case based on the complaints given by the petitioner on 15.12.2014, 17.12.2014 & 20.12.2014. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submits that the charge sheet stands filed in this case for the offences under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 120(b) and 506(1)IPC, in Crime No.02 of 2015 on the file of the third respondent police on 01.02.2015. 4. Recording the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the observation that the investigation in the case shall be monitored by the jurisdiction of Deputy Superintendent of Police.
