JUDGMENT Pradeep Kumar Singh Baghel, J. The grievance with which the petitioner has instituted these proceedings is in regard to the non-selection of his village (Village Deeppur Danda, Tehsil Gunnaur, District Sambhal) under the scheme propounded by the State Government called the Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya Samagra Vikas Yojana. The grievance is that though the village of the petitioner was placed at serial no.54 of the preferential list, a village at serial no.67 has been chosen. 2. This is a purely factual matter. Moreover, under clause 8 of the scheme which has been annexed to the writ proceedings, a committee has been constituted, presided over by the Collector for the implementation of the scheme. In our view, the ends of justice would be met, if a direction is issued to the effect that the committee constituted, as aforesaid, may look into the grievance of the petitioner and take such appropriate administrative decision that may be warranted after due enquiry. 3. The petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
