Judgment 1. This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the respondent police to withdraw the case from the present Investigating Officer Inspector of Police and transfer the same to any other competent officer and to direct the first respondent to supervise the above case in order to expedite the investigation in Crime No.458 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police dated 11.10.2014. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3. A perusal of the status report would show that the same seeks to inform that due investigation is carried out in this case, but the petitioner besides not furnishing any material in support of the allegations, is also not co-operating with the investigation. 4. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the petitioner approaching the officials on many occasions, she has not been called for even once for the purpose of enquiry. 5. In the circumstances, there shall be a direction to the jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police, to monitor the investigation in the case. The petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 09.02.2015 at 11.00 a.m and produce all materials available with her for the purpose of enquiry. The jurisdictional Deputy Superintendent of Police, shall also be present during the conduct of the same. 6. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
