Judgment :- 1. When all these matters are taken up together for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that it is a land grabbing investigation and they have called for the respective parties only for an enquiry and they will not harass the petitioners in any way, but they will only investigate the matter as per law. 2. Recording the said submission, these Writ Petitions stand closed making it clear that the respondent police have no say with regard to the civil dispute pending between the parties before the competent Civil Court and the parties will work out their remedies in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently, all the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
