Judgment 1. This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner, and her son and family members under the guise of enquiry. 2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.42 of 2015 for the offences under Section 392 of IPC. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
