Judgment 1. The grievance of the petitioner is that after the death of her husband, the benefits have not been granted only on the ground that there is a second wife for the deceased. Curiously, the petitioner has averred in his affidavit that the second wife is also living with this petitioner and she has no objection granting pension in favour this petitioner herein. 2. Since more than two years had elapsed and they are waiting for their family pension for a very long time, the first respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner 14.04.2012 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
