Judgment 1. The petitioner seeks a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that no case has been registered against the petitioner and as such, he is not required in connection with any case. 3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side). 4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that there is no such harassment, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand dismissed.
