Judgment 1. Both registration of case and transfer thereof for the purpose of investigation have been ordered by this Court upon the petitioner's petition. In keeping with the order of this Court in favour of the petitioner in W.P(MD)No.18318 of 2014, the survey of the petitioner's property was scheduled for 13.01.2015. Representing that the same could not be effected owing to interference by the accused persons and that the survey stands re-scheduled for 11.02.2015, the prayer for police protection has been made. 2. Considering the facts and circumstances, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to afford adequate police protection to the petitioner for the purpose of survey of the land on 11.02.2015. 3. This petition is ordered accordingly.
