Judgment 1. This petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent police to provide necessary police protection to the petitioner and her property on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 05.11.2015. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 3. Insofar as protection is sought relating to the property concerned, it is open to the parties to work out their remedy before the civil Court. Insofar as police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner is concerned, it will be open to the petitioner to inform specific instances where any threat arises and thereupon the respondents will act in keeping, with the needs of the situation in mind the situation that warrants and in accordance with law. 4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
