Judgment 1. Mr. K. Sathiya Singh, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission. 2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents. 3. The petitioner seeks for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.10.2014 and disburse the petitioner's service terminal benefits including Gratuity amount of Rs.4,96,569/- Provident Fund of Rs.3,13,564/- and Commutation amount of Rs.2,31,843/- and other arrears of Dearness Allowance, Employees Retirement Saving amount etc 4. It is seen that the petitioner was working as a Driver in the respondent's Corporation and retired from service on 31.08.2014. The grievance of the petitioner is that the retirement benefits have not been paid to him so far, in spite of making representation on 25.08.2014. 5. It is needless to say that the respondents have to consider the request of the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 25.08.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
