Judgment :- 1. This petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and his rival party in O.S.No.150 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Madurai Taluk and O.S.No.335 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thirumangalam. 2. Heard both sides. 3. Learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submits that proceedings under Section 145 of the Cr.P.C are pending. In such circumstances, the petitioner need not appear before the respondent police. 4. With the above observations, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
