ORDER Virender Singh, C.J. 1. Copy of the instant application has already been provided to the Assistant Counsel to Mr.V.P.Singh,Senior Advocate. 2. Learned Senior Advocate states that he has no objection in allowing the instant application by arraying the applicants, namely, Md. Halim, son of Md. Yusuf, Ananda Shankar Dubey, son of Late Bishwanath Dubey and Mahavir Singh, son of Late Bihari Singhas party-4.respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5 in L.P.A. No.482 of 2014. 3. Resultantly, I.A. No. 142 of 2015 is allowed, as prayed for. 4. Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction in the cause-title ofL.P.A. No.482 of 2014 by arraying applicants, namely, Md. Halim, son of Md. Yusuf, Ananda Shankar Dubey, son of Late Bishwanath Dubey and Mahavir Singh, son of Late Bihari Singhas newly added party-respondent Nos. 3, 4 and 5. (L.P.A. No. 482 of 2014, L.P.A. No. 484 of 2014 & L.P.A. No. 485 of 2014) 5. The present three appeals are at 'Admission' stage. 6. After hearingM/s K.N. Choubey, V.P.Singh & Shashi Anugraha Narayan, learned Senior Advocates, Mr. Satish Bakshi, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the appellants as also M/sBanani Verma & Kalyan Roy, learned Advocates appearing for the respondents, we without disturbing the impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge handed down in W.P.(C) No. 1643 of 2014, W.P.(C) No. 1967 of 2014 and W.P.(C) No. 2196 of 2014, whereby challenge was thrown to the orders dated 13th December, 2013 and 12th March, 2014 passed by Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Jamshedpur, direct the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Jamshedpur to dispose of the matter pending before him in terms of operative portion of the impugned judgment within two months only. 7. Needless to say that the appellants shall extend all cooperation in disposing of the matter within a stipulated period only, so that Regional Provident Fund Commissioner is not constrained to ask for any further extension. 8. All the appeals on hand stand dismissed accordingly. I.A. No.1490 of 2015, I.A. No.1594 of 2015 and I.A. No.1578 of 2015 9. Consequent to final disposal of the Letters Patent Appeals, the Interlocutory Applications, filed in the respective Letters Patent Appeals, also stand disposed of.
