Judgment 1. The prayer in the Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to expeditiously dispose of the arbitration proceedings pending on his file and further direct the third respondent to measure, demarcate and fix the boundaries of the petitioners lands comprised in Survey Nos.93/2A2 and 93/3 situate at S. Kannanur village Manachanallur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court. 2. Today, a counter affidavit has been filed wherein in para 3, it has been averred that enquiry notice has been issued to the petitioner on 29.01.2015 and after enquiry, necessary orders will be passed within a period of 20 days from the date of enquiry. They also stated that arbitration proceedings would be completed at the earliest. 3. Recording the abovesaid fact, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
