Judgment : P.S. Rana, J. (Oral) Vide order dated 7.10.2014 Civil Suit was sent to Arbitrator under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. It is well settled law that after referring the matter to the Arbitrator under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 proceedings of civil Court automatically stopped. In view of the fact that present case already referred to Arbitrator under Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 proceedings of civil suit stopped. Ordered accordingly. No order as to costs. Civil Suit disposed of with above stated observations. Pending applications, if any, also disposed of.
