Judgment 1. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the first respondent to consider his representation dated 13.07.2012 and 17.09.2014 whereby he seeks for inclusion of his name in the approved list of Assistants for Tirunelveli District from the year 2004 onwards. 2. According to the petitioner, he was originally appointed as Assistant and his name was not included in the approved list of Assistants and on the other hand, his juniors names were included. Therefore, he made representations on 13.07.2012 and 17.09.2014 and the said representations are said to be still pending. 3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of without expressing any view on the merits and contention raised by the petitioner, only with a direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 13.07.2012 and 17.09.2014 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
