ORDER Learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 1 and 2 has handed over the copy of the affidavit filed in compliance of the order dated 13.01.2015. 2. Mr. Anand Grover, Learned senior counsel for the petitioner in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 921 of 2013, states that the said affidavit may meet with the requirement of Writ Petition (Civil) No. 558 of 2012, Kalpana Mehta & Ors. v. Union of India & Ors. but it would not cover the controversy raised in Writ Petition (Civil) No. 921 of 2013 filed by Sama-Resource Group for Women. 3. In view of the above, learned counsel for the respondents shall file a separate affidavit meeting the requirements of the matter regard being had to the earlier order passed on 13.01.2015. 4. Let the matters be listed on 04.08.2015. All the States are directed to comply with the earlier order and serve the copy of the affidavits filed by them on the other side.
