Judgment 1. This Writ Petition has been filed praying for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to expeditiously complete the enquiry on the basis of the petitioner's appeal dated 10.12.2012 in accordance with law. 2. The Writ Petition is not maintainable as the petitioner is asking for consideration of the representation in which atleast 85 people are there. They are all seeking for grant of patta. In fact, they alleged that the third party is claiming right over the properties. Earlier, the petitioner was directed to implead the third party. But, till date, no steps have been initiated by the petitioner to implead the third party. Therefore, Mandamus cannot be granted. However, this Writ Petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned individually for redressing their grievances. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
