Judgment 1. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to forward his application dated 05.07.2014 to the second respondent and consequently, direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the said application and disburse the benefits arising out of the G.O(3D)No.35, School Education Department, dated 10.04.2014. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for further hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the fourth respondent has already forwarded the application dated 05.07.2014 to the second respondent. 3. Considering the above said submissions, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the application of the petitioner forwarded by the fourth respondent and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
