JUDGMENT : This application is filed with a prayer to review the order dated 09.05.2011 passed by a Division Bench of this Court in CWJC No. 3870 of 2011. 2. This writ petition was filed with a prayer to amend certain rules including the one as to the nomenclature of the Patna High Court or the list of incumbency of the Chief Justices. In brief, the petitioner intends that the name of the Patna High Court should reflect the State of Bihar also and that in the list of Chief Justices, the names of Acting Chief Justices should also be mentioned. 3. The Division Bench dealt with the matter in detail and dismissed the writ petition. 4. In the review, the petitioner, who is a practicing advocate, relied upon a judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Ashok Tanwar Vs. State of Himachal Pradesh, (2005) 2 SCC 104 . At one place, in the said judgment, their Lordships have held that the powers of the Acting Chief Justice are same as those of the Chief Justices. It is just an un-understandable as to how it becomes relevant in the context of name of the Patna High Court and the names of the Acting Chief Justices in the list of Chief Justices. We do not find any merit in this application. 5. The Civil review application is, accordingly, dismissed. 6. Interlocutory application, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
