Two appeals were filed against the same award passed by learned Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (III), Shimla, H.P., in MAC Petition No. 20-T/2 of 2013/10, titled Roshan Thakur vs. Himachal Pradesh Road Transport & another. Compromise executed inter se the parties in FAO No. 216 of 2014, titled Roshan Thakur vs. Himachal Pradesh Road Transport Corporation. In view of compromise executed inter se the parties, in FAO No. 216 of 2014, present appeal has become infructuous. Ordered accordingly. 2. The appeal is disposed of accordingly alongwith all pending applications. No orders as to costs.
