Judgment 1. This contempt petition is filed complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.954 of 2014 dated 21.08.2014 is violated or disobeyed by passing an order on 07.11.2014 totally contra to the direction issued by this Court. 2. It is seen that this Court by an order dated 21.08.2014 made in W.P(MD)No.954 of 2014 directed the respondent herein to pass appropriate order deleting condition No.2 made in the order dated 30.11.2010. Thereafter, the respondent passed an order on 07.11.2014 stating that the said condition No.2 imposed in the earlier order cannot be deleted. Therefore, this Court has ordered statutory notice to the respondent on 07.01.2015. 3. Today, the respondent is personally present. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has realized the mistake and issued another order on 05.01.2015 canceling the earlier order passed on 07.11.2014. He has also produced the copy of the said order dated 05.01.2015. The learned Additional Government Pleader also submits that the respondents will file an affidavit tendering unconditional apology for passing the order dated 07.11.2014. 4. Recording the above said submission, this Contempt Petition is closed with condition that the respondent should file an affidavit tendering unconditional apology within a period of 7 days from today before the Registry, after serving the copy to the other side. No costs.
