JUDGMENT Ramesh Sinha,J. Heard Sri Upendra Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Ripusudan Yadav, learned A.G.A. appearing for the State. 2. This bail application has been moved on behalf of the applicant who is involved in S.T.No.432 of 2014, case crime No.312 of 2014, under Sections 147,149, 364, 302, 201 I.P.C., Police Station-Bilsi, District Budaun. 3. It has been contended by the learned counsel for the applicant that the incident has taken place on 29.5.2014 whereas FIR of the same was lodged after two days of the incident, i.e., on 31.5.2014. He further submits that when the applicant was arrested by the police, it was wrongly shown that the dead body of the deceased was recovered at the pointing out of the applicant. The applicant has been implicated in the present case due to some earlier dispute between the parties. The applicant is in jail since 31.5.2014. 4. Learned A.G.A. opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the applicant was named in the FIR along with other accused persons. The dead body of the deceased was recovered at the pointing out of the applicant. The applicant has motive to commit the crime in question. The deceased died due to strangulation. 5. Without expressing any opinion on the merit of the case and considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the parties, I do not find any good ground to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the bail application is hereby rejected.
