ORDER : Perused the communication sent by the Commissioner. 2. On a careful perusal of the same, it transpires that there were certain difficulties in arranging a place where the oral hearing could take place. The Commission was satisfied with regard to the arrangements made in the U.P. Bhawan, New Delhi, but the same could not be eventually made available. 3. Mr. Gaurav Bhatia, learned Additional Advocate General for the State of U.P., submits that he will see to it that either the premises in U.P. Bhawan or some other alternative premises is available along with requisite secretarial staff so that oral hearing can take place. To facilitate the arrangement of the premises, Mr. Bhatia and Mr. Rohit Kumar Singh, learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.10 to 12, the organizers, shall request Mr. Justice S.B. Sinha and, accordingly, apprise this Court. 4. List the matter on 29th April, 2015. 5. Mr. Gaurav Bhatia, learned Additional Advocate General, undertakes to inform the counsel for the petitioners and also the contractors about the dates. 6. Let a copy of this order be sent to Mr. Justice S.B. Sinha in course of day. Mr. Bhatia shall also apprise Justice Sinha about the order passed today. 7. In view of the order passed today, we would request the Commission not to pass the final order as we are disposed to think that there should be an oral hearing of the lis.
