Judgment 1. The petitioner seeks for further investigation in Crime No.161 of 2013 on the file of the fourth respondent. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the case stands investigated twice over and on completion of the subsequent investigation by the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Virudhunagar, stands referred as 'Mistake of Fact' on 03.12.2014 and referred charge sheet is also filed. 3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents. 4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner by way filing of protest petition within a period of one month from today.
